We are going to be using the Anti Fraud tools, I thought using AVS (with the postal code only checked in configuration) that if the postal code failed to match then the transaction would not go through, however reading in the Moneris documentation it states the following:
Why do transactions still get approved even when they fail an eFraud Address Verification Service(AVS) or Card Verification(CVD) check?
How does your plugin give us the opportunity to cancel transactions that come back with a response code that indicates the AVS or the CVV has failed? And how do we know if the transaction has failed one of these tests, are the response codes indicated inside the WooCommerce order? As mentioned we were receiving a lot of carding attempts and would not want any transactions that failed these tests to go through.
Fraud tools should be configured with Moneris directly. The plugin responds to the responses from Moneris, but you will need to manage the Fraud tools directly in the Moners Merchant Resource Center
